However, when Josh Holloway forgot a line during an audition and then kicked a chair in frustration and swore loudly, the writers liked the side of Sawyer’s character and decided to write Sawyer as more of a Southern, darker drifter. Jin and Sun are married and have the last name "Kwon", which becomes an important plot point in the final season.

It’s amazing how well the series has aged. Seeing it all again made some of the plots make a lot more sense. I even think the ending makes a lot more sense now.
